Cancellation Policy

Les rendez-vous non honorés ou annulés moins de 24h à l'avance sont facturés à la charge du client. Les rendez-vous du samedi doivent être annulés au plus tard le jeudi précédant à 18h Cancellations must be announced 24hrs prior the appointment. No shows and later cancellations are billed to the client. Saturday appointments can be cancelled latest thursday 6 pm
